You can set up lists of standard tasks and automate many calculation features using the “Maintain  tasks” program.  In this example we have set up collating so that it switches between lines in the list depending on the number of sections to be collated.  You can also set up collections of task elements, known as supplementaries, and define simple calculations for tasks such as cutting – based automatically on the cuts required and the capacity of your cutter.
